These Terms of Service apply when you use the She Deserves Better™ online store or purchase products from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, artwork, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen settings and production methods can cause minor differences in color or appearance. We may correct errors, update information, or change product availability when necessary.

Orders

An order is not final until Shopify accepts the order and payment is successfully processed or otherwise authorized. We may cancel or decline an order when necessary because of payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory or fulfillment problems, or other legitimate business reasons.

Made-to-order products

Our apparel is made to order. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size, color, shipping address, and order information before submitting an order.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable fees may be added at checkout or assessed by third parties where applicable.

Intellectual property

Store branding, original artwork, product designs, written content, logos, and other original materials associated with She Deserves Better™ may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use the store for unlawful purposes, or violate the rights of others.

Third-party services

Our store uses Shopify and may rely on third-party providers for payments, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other services. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the store at the time of use is the version that applies, subject to applicable law.
