She Deserves Better™ crewnecks are print-on-demand and made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production begins after your order is placed.

Production time

Most orders are produced in approximately 2–5 business days before shipment. Production can take longer during high-volume periods or when an item needs additional quality review.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping information after your order leaves the fulfillment facility. Tracking may take a short time to begin showing movement after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier fees charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in the item price unless checkout specifically states otherwise.

Delays and carrier issues

Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other events outside our control can affect delivery times. If you experience a delivery issue, contact us through our Contact page and we will help review the shipment.
